Refund policy

ÀṣàHua pieces are created with intention and meant to be worn with confidence. To preserve the integrity of our jewelry and ensure a thoughtful experience for every customer, we follow the guidelines below.

Returns

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Exchanges are not offered.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and approved prior to return. Pieces must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be issued. Returned items must be handed to the carrier within 7 days of approval.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds to the original payment method are considered only in limited circumstances, such as a verified allergic reaction to our hypoallergenic jewelry. These requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and may require supporting documentation.

Canada & International Orders

At this time, returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.

Orders shipped to Canada or other international destinations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.

If a Canadian or international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Pieces Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Engraved or customized pieces
  • Orders placed during promotional or sale events
  • Gift cards

          These items are considered final sale

 

Bundled Orders

If a purchase includes a set or bundle, all items must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring a standard return request.

After Your Return Is Received

Approved returns are processed within 5 business days of arrival. Store credit will be issued once the return is completed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Details

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Items showing signs of wear are not eligible for store credit or refund. Each order is eligible for one return.

ÀṣàHua reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
